As Q2 of 2024 comes to a close, Sensor Tower has provided a snapshot of how top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps have performed on the iOS platform across Europe. Here's a look at the trends that defined the quarter for these convenient dining solutions.

McDonald’s - Non-US experienced a fluctuating download trend starting with 121K in the first week of April, dipping slightly to 116K by mid-April, then surging to nearly 200K by late May. Weekly active users peaked at over 3M towards the end of May, with a general upward trend throughout the quarter.

Subway - UK & I saw its downloads soar from 186K in mid-May to a high of 249K the following week, before settling at 176K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users showed steady growth, climbing from 105K to over 173K over the six weeks tracked.
